Dual Power Hybrid System Integrated Control Panel For Ship
Basic Information
The company’s independently developed, designed, and manufactured 20-foot energy storage container can store up to 3.376MW·h of electricity, meeting the highest international standards for both volumetric energy ratio and the weight energy ratio. It utilizes a standardized 1500A megawatt-class charging cable, enabling both output and input of up to MW of power through a single interface. The energy storage system is available in 1-, 2-, or 4-container configuration and suitable for powering electric cargo ships ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 tons. It can utilize off-peak electricity to store energy and provide cost-effective power for electric cargo ships, achieving a range of 150-250 kilometers on a single charge. The pure electric drive mode significantly reduces emissions and pollution, consuming no fuel throughout the entire voyage, and achieving zero emissions of carbon, sulfur, and other exhaust pollutants, as well as PM2.5 particles.

Product Features
- Highly integrated design: Adopting Siemens industrial computer touch screen, it saves installation space on the cab instrument panel and is easier to layout, install and maintain.
- Highly flexible control: One screen can be used for multiple purposes, and can arbitrarily control 1 to 4 groups of 4 columns and 3 clusters of battery packs with a capacity of 720kW·h to 2880kW·h, meeting the different needs of users;
- Reliability: It is resistant to vibration and impact during ship navigation and has EMC electromagnetic compatibility design, making it suitable for harsh marine environments.
- Intelligent energy control and high efficiency: Serving as the “brain” of the ship’s systems, it provides real-time linkage control of the BMS and engine ECU , automatically adjusting charge and discharge based on the ship’s load (peak and valley) . When the ship is operating under engine power and the system detects a low battery SOC, it automatically adjusts the battery pack’s charge and discharge current based on the engine’s remaining power. During initial charging, the system automatically adjusts the generator’s output voltage to equal the battery voltage, closing the vacuum contactor to initiate charging with zero differential pressure, preventing damage from high current surges.
- Comprehensive safety monitoring: covers multiple data monitoring and alarms such as battery overcharge/over- discharge, over-temperature , system over-current , leakage, and fire , and can automatically take corresponding protective measures . It also provides audio and visual + remote dual alarms, and can also memorize fault data to reduce safety risks.
- Convenient operation and maintenance design: The local touch screen intuitively displays all core data, stores historical data for over 3 months and supports USB flash drive export; some models support remote monitoring and firmware upgrades without on-site disassembly, simplifying the shipping and maintenance process.
